    Job Description:

    We are seeking a dedicated and experienced IELTS / PTE Trainer to join our team at Aisling Consultancy Services in Sector 105, Mohali. As an IELTS / PTE Trainer, your role will be crucial in assisting individuals in preparing for the International English Language Testing System (IELTS) and Pearson Test of English (PTE) exams, enabling them to achieve their desired scores.

    Key Responsibilities:
     
    1. Conduct IELTS / PTE coaching sessions and classes for both individuals and groups.
    2. Evaluate the language proficiency levels of students and create customized training plans.
    3. Teach and reinforce English language skills, including speaking, listening, reading, and writing, to enhance overall exam performance.
    4. Provide guidance on test-taking strategies, time management, and effective exam preparation techniques for both IELTS and PTE.
    5. Administer practice tests and mock exams to assess student progress for both IELTS and PTE.
    6. Offer constructive feedback and support to help students overcome language barriers and enhance their scores.
    7. Stay updated on the latest IELTS and PTE exam updates, scoring criteria, and best practices in coaching.
    8. Maintain accurate records of student performance and progress for both IELTS and PTE.
    9. Motivate and inspire students, fostering their confidence and success in the IELTS and PTE exams.
    10. Adapt teaching methods to accommodate various learning styles and individual needs.
    Qualifications:
     
    • Bachelor’s degree in English, Linguistics, Education, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
    • Certified IELTS / PTE Trainer or a relevant teaching certification is a plus.
    • Proven experience as an IELTS / PTE Trainer or English language instructor.
    • Strong knowledge of the IELTS and PTE exam formats, scoring, and evaluation criteria.
    • Excellent command of the English language, encompassing proficiency in speaking, listening, reading, and writing.
    • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Patience, empathy, and the ability to motivate and encourage students.
    • Flexibility in teaching methods to cater to diverse learning styles.
    • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
    • Dedication to creating a supportive and inclusive learning environment.
